Release 1.1 (2019-09-08)
- Allow to adjust focused region: By clicking ‘Setting’ button in Tissue-wise or Variant-wise plots, users can adjust their interested region size or maximal -log10(P).
- xQTL comparison: Clicking on ‘Compare xQTL’ button in the Tissue-wise or Variant-wise plots, users can
select desired tissues and QTL types for intuitive comparison. Users can adjust focused regions and decorate the plots by several advanced options. The original 'Group by Tissue' mode was removed.
- Download vector diagram (.svg): Most of plots in QTLbase can be download as vector diagram (.svg) for further editing.
- Download all significant xQTLs in different categories: QTLbase now provides advanced download functions, a). Download by study; b). Download by tissue; c). Download by QTL category; d). Download all xQTL data.
