Download relationship tables

Eight compressed TSV files, grouped by relationship and evidence type. File sizes refer to the compressed downloads. Each row retains its source study (S1–S16), numbered by assay, primary cohort and first online publication date. Study numbering.

Metabolic measure and gene

  1. 6Rare variant / gene burdenSource-level gene support and reported P/FDR185.0 kBTSV.gz
  2. 7Gene or locus colocalisationGene annotation layer, locus and maximum PP.H42.6 MBTSV.gz

Metabolic measure and protein

fdr_origin, fdr_method and fdr_family distinguish source-reported FDR from BH-FDR derived from complete original P-value families. Test counts and source locations are retained. Bonferroni-adjusted P is reported separately; blank FDR means unavailable. The original frozen reference q remains in reference_analysis_fdr_q. Effect measure, measurement unit and exposure scale remain source-specific.
